- In this session we anchor in the clearings of the past 2 weeks of energetic + emotional alignment through shared discussion on your current state of being + how you are feeling.
- I teach you a Profound + Powerful, yet simple Embodiment practice, for you to bring into your daily life, this practice takes a minimum of 10 minutes + can be done sitting or standing (I personally continue this practice in my everyday life to keep me grounded, embodied + energetically aligned.)
4th week: Cultivate Slow into your Daily Life - Learn why Self- Care + Self-Healing are connected. (60 minutes)
- In this session you will learn the significance of SLOW and why it is crucial to wellbeing
- I share with you a deeper understanding of how Stress effects the body + why learning how to self regulate your nervous system for sustainable wellbeing is the game changer
